  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or valid purchase agreement.

4. Delivery & Logistics

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen conditions (e.g., weather, road conditions).

  • Nomalink AgroTech will not be liable for delays beyond our control.

  • Clients are responsible for accurate delivery addresses and offloading arrangements.

5. Payments & Invoicing

  • Payments must be made in full as per the agreed invoice terms.

  • Late payments may attract penalties or delay delivery.

  • We accept transfers, cash deposits, and authorized digital payment platforms.

6. Returns & Claims

  • Some agricultural products sold are perishable; returns are not accepted unless pre-agreed or in case of verified damage during transit.

  • Any claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery with evidence (e.g., photo/video).

7. Liability & Indemnity

  • Nomalink AgroTech is not liable for indirect or incidental losses caused by use or inability to use products/services.

  • Users agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from misuse or third-party use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, text, media, trademarks) is owned by Nomalink AgroTech or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes shall first be resolved amicably.

  • If unresolved, the matter will be handled under Nigerian law in a competent court within our operating jurisdiction.
